I have two first edition EVGA GTX Titans up for sale that I was going to use for a mod but have went with 2 Titan X's. I purchased these the day of the release and have the registration with EVGA I can probably transfer to you. These cards have never been abused, I have 2 backplates installed on them and if you want I have 2 Swiftech EVGA branded full coverage water blocks that I am willing to sell also. See pictures of both Titans in my green machine mod that had the front cover of CPU magazine, I left them in there so the buyer can test the cards at my house if needed.
